Follow this template to create the perfect superfood smoothie in just 7 easy steps! All you have to do is pick one or more options under each category and within minutes you’ll have a delicious, nutrient dense smoothie. Get your blender ready!

Serves 2

1. Liquid (2-3 Cups):

A. Water

B. Coconut water

C. Chilled Holy Basil, Lemongrass, Hibiscus Tea (or tea of choice)

D. Juice

E. Plant-based milk! (try our Miracle (hemp) Mylk)

2. Healthy Fats:

A. 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

B. 1 tbsp Cacao Butter

C. ½ of an avocado

3. Fiber:

A. 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

B. 1 tbsp Flax Seeds

C. 1 tbsp Probiotic Smoothie Mix (Chocolate Coconut or Lucuma Baobab or Berry Burst)

4. Greens:

A. A handful of spinach/kale

B. 1 tbsp Wheatgrass Juice Powder

C. 1 tsp Chlorella or Spirulina

D. 1-2 tsp Moringa Powder

E. 1-2 tsp Probiotic Super Greens with Turmeric

5. Fruit:

A. ½ Fresh OR frozen banana

B. ½ - 1 Cup fresh OR frozen blueberries

C. 2-3 tbsp Goji Berries

D. 3-5 pitted Jujube Dates

E. Any of our whole or powdered Superfruits

F. ½ Cup fresh or frozen berries of choice

6. Protein:

A. 2-3 tbsp Hemp Hearts

B. 1 scoop of Protein powder

C. 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

7. Additional Superfoods:
