Fibre Flow Variety Pack (12 Sticks)
QUESTIONS?
Absolutely. Just like all Organic Traditions products, we prioritize organic and pure ingredients.
Each stick is made with organic acacia fiber, organic chicory root inulin, and a clinically studied probiotic strain. That's it, just clean, simple ingredients with no fillers or artificial additives. The strawberry flavor also has organic stevia leaf extract, natural strawberry flavor and is colored using organic beet root powder. The yuzu-lime flavor also includes organic stevia leaf extract and natural yuzu flavor, plus organic lemon juice powder and colored using turmeric.
Each stick pack has 8g of gentle soluble fiber, which is about 29% of your daily needs. It's a meaningful amount without being overwhelming, especially if you're just starting to add more fiber to your diet.
To make the absolute best Fiber Flow, empty one stick to 8–10 oz of room temperature water, then mix, whisk, or shake vigorously until fully dissolved. Add ice after mixing if you prefer a cold drink. For the unflavored option, just mix into coffee, smoothies, juices, protein shakes, oatmeal, or just about anything else!
No. Once the formula dissolves you’ll never have any grit or "goop,". Those days of holding your nose, to drink your fiber as quickly as possible, are over.
No it shouldn't. Acacia fibre and inulin from chicory root are both very gentle forms of fibre and impact the digestive system gradually. That being said, everyone's digestive systems are unique and fibre can affect people differently
Fiber Flow is not meant to replace all fiber in your diet. It contains about 29% of the recommended daily amount of fiber, which is meant to help you close your fiber gap, by taking one stick a day. Some people may want to take more, and some people may want to take less. How much fiber you want to consume is a personal preference. As with all diet changes, if you’re ever concerned it’s always best to speak with your healthcare practitioner.
One stick. Three powerhouse ingredients. A gut feeling you'll love — every single morning.
