Homemade popsicles are a great way to sneak in some superfoods. @vibrantbythespoonful added some of our camu camu power for a tangy punch and a hit of vitamin C and antioxidants + some of our lucuma powder. Lucuma is a low-glycemic superfruit with hints of maple syrup - making it the perfect natural sweetener!

What You’ll Need:
Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Vegan - Refined Sugar Free
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Chill Time: 2-4 hours
- To make the mango puree, peel and chop each mango into pieces.
Next add the puree into a high-speed blender along with the coconut milk, camu camu powder and lucuma powder. Blend until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Sprinkle a few coconut flakes at the bottom of each popsicle mould. Next pour the mixture into each mould.
Freeze for at least 2-4 hours before serving.
