Protein Granola

    What You’ll Need:

    • 1 c shredded coconut⁠
    • 1/2 c flaked coconut⁠
    • 1 c oats⁠
    • 2 tbsp chia seeds⁠
    • 1/4 c pumpkin seeds⁠
    • 1/2 c almonds chopped in food processor⁠
    • 1/2 c baru seeds chopped in food processor⁠
    • 1/2 c raisins⁠
    • 1/2 c chopped dates ⁠
    • 2 servings of vanilla protein powder⁠
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted⁠
    • 1/2 c maple syrup⁠
    • Pinch of salt⁠

              Dairy Free - Refined Sugar Free - Gluten Free 

              • Prep Time: 10 minutes
              • Chill Time: 30
              • Bake Time: 15 minutes

                Preparation:

                1. Preheat oven to 400F
                2. Combine all of your ingredients in a large bowl
                3. Everything should somewhat stick together. Add more coconut oil/maple syrup if it's to dry
                4. Spread granola evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Use a spatula to flip/break the granola up and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
                5. Once cool, store in an airtight container or jar⁠.
